1. Free beta
During the free beta there is no charge, so nothing to refund.
2. Digital goods & EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our product is digital content delivered instantly, by purchasing and publishing you give express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the site is generated. We show this notice at checkout.
3. When we do refund
If the Service failed to deliver your site, double-charged you, or didn’t work as described, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right — refund or fix. Add-ons that we never delivered are refundable.
4. How to request
