Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility
Any registered account gets a unique referral link (askherout.app/?ref=YOURCODE). You must comply with our Terms of Service to participate.
2. How it works
When someone first arrives through your link, your code is stored in their browser. If they then create an account and publish a paid site, that counts as one “paid referral” attributed to you.
3. Progressive commission
Commission is tiered like brackets — your first referrals earn the base rate, later ones earn more (calculated on the net amount paid, assumed ~9.99€ per site):
| 1 – 20 paid referrals | 5% |
| 21 – 50 paid referrals | 10% |
| 51 – 100 paid referrals | 15% |
| 101 – 300 paid referrals | 20% |
| 300+ paid referrals | 30% |
Example: with 50 paid referrals you earn 5% on the first 20 and 10% on the next 30.
4. Monthly cycle & payouts
Referral counts reset on the 1st of each month. Commission earned in a month is paid out on the 3rd of the following month, once payments are live and you have a valid payout method. A minimum payout threshold may apply.
5. What doesn’t count
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, refunded or chargebacked purchases, and any fraudulent or abusive activity. We may void commissions and remove participants for abuse.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions you receive. We may require tax details before payout where legally needed.
7. Changes
We may change rates, thresholds, or end the program at any time; changes apply going forward. Questions: [support@yourdomain].
